Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content, digital reports, and online courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure that prevented access to purchased content. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
